Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product prior to return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

*Please take your time repackaging returns. Any damage that occurs upon return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to withhold the cost of damage and repairs.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping fees and shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. All returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately using the  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products or special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or excess inventory sales items.


The fastest way to do an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to go ahead and place a new order while you wait for your return to be processed. Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from our Customer Support team and send the return back to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to an inventory re-stocking fee of 25%. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Order Cancellation

Once you submit you order, your order immediately starts processing and we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel your order and stop the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order is submitted so that we can try to intercept the order before shipping.

In the case of an order cancellation, accidental order, or buyer’s remorse, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
